Rather than talk about the usual stats, here’s some other stuff about me:
I’m a routine freak. I plan my mornings with military precision and struggle when others don’t meet my self-designated schedule. Not saying that’s a good thing but at least I’m aware of it!
I love my job. I fell into it and could never have predicted that I would love it as much as I do. It’s also given me lots of practical experience to apply to the rest of my life.
I want to be mayor. It’s a long term plan because, let’s face it, younger people can’t usually afford to cut back their working hours for the meagre pay associated with local Council but it’s something I’ve aspired to for a long time.
I adore my parents and can’t help but worry how I will cope when they aren’t around anymore. I hope that is a long way in the future but it still worries me.
I waste waaaaay too much time playing online snooker.
I highlight what I want to watch in my TV guide. Religiously.
I love, love, love country music. I get all squidgy inside when I hear a new artist or album cause some of the songs just hit me in the guts. I think I love it most because the blokes are real blokes singing about cars and chicks and country and then they turn it around and sing a beautiful love song.
Mostly in a work setting, but not exclusively, I am quick to admit when I’m wrong. But sometimes too quick. If a team effort has resulted in something not working, I usually accept the fault expecting the others in the team to also take responsibility. They rarely do.
