Wow, this is such an honour and I wasn’t expecting it so I haven’t prepared a speech or anything.

I’d like to start by thanking Mish and the 12wbt crew. Their knowledge, guidance, support (& occasional kick up the butt) has been invaluable.

I honestly didn’t think I could repeat this achievement and was worried that my second round would be like so many others that I had read about. But I’m happy with an average of 1kg a week and the obvious increase in my fitness during this time.

I’d also like to thank my trainer Kim for flogging me twice a week. She reminds me what it’s like to train hard despite having to be sensible about my back. And she also identifies and congratulates me on the changes she sees in me.

Finally I’d like to thank all the fans (of 12wbt). One of the main reasons I joined was to connect with people on a similar journey which I’ve not only done but the support network has been fantastic.

Bring on finale then Round 4!!
