Today’s SSS by the numbers

Walk for 3km
Jog for 2km. I did 1km of that as a time trial and got 7.23. I was thinking my jogging was slower than my walking but my walking time trial last week was about 8.50. Looking forward to the Week 8 fitness test.
Approx 30min boxing with my sister
Ended up burning 889 calories. Not quite the required 1000 calories but not bad
