Received a lovely email last night from Mish to say I’m in the top 15% of weight loss for this round of the 12WBT.
“Based on your results, you’ve lost 5.87% of your body weight. This puts you in the top 15% of the program, well done!!! I have to commend you for getting stuck into this program and really giving this your all – it’s clearly paying off.”
Quite rightly, it goes on to remind me to stay focussed and remain consistent.
Valuable advice. Every day I have to make a conscious decision to stick to the program, go to the gym, don’t waiver from the food plan. But then you have days like today where people comment on how good you’re looking and you try on the size smaller work pants that you bought a few weeks ago and they fit and you go to the gym and realise that you can see the treadmill below you without having to crane your neck to see past your boobs and belly.
Days like this it’s ALL worth it. And on the other days, you just keep reminding yourself it is worth it. YOU are worth it.
