My workout today

Did I workout today you ask?  I sure did:

10min warm-up on treadmill

12 x circuit including:

  • 12 x step-ups (each leg)
  • 12 x shoulder press
  • 12 x wall squats
  • 12 x push-ups

10mins on x-trainer doing 30sec intervals

30mins on treadmill (keeping HR above 140)

abs & stretches

= 1231 calories
