12wbt warm up task 2

So the second 12wbt warm up task was to halve any drinks that weren’t water. “Easy” I thought. I don’t drink that much other than water. But then you REALLY think about it. My morning tea treat is a chai latte. So, halve that. Actually I only have them when I’m working in my office so considering how much travel I’ve been doing and how much is coming up I should be pretty right with that. Coke Zero has also been slowly creeping back in. Just going to stop it completely as it really doesn’t do me any favours. I do still see it as a treat but would probably be better of cutting it all together. I hardly drink alcohol and certainly never when I’m home alone so that should be pretty right. Feeling good about this task!
